Encountering Ernest Hébert in Paris

When I was 12 years old, I visited the Musée d’Orsay in Paris and took a photo in front of a painting by Ernest Hébert titled Jeune lavandière songeuse. It was one of the first times I truly engaged with art in a museum setting, and I remember being fascinated by the atmosphere of the gallery and the emotional depth of the painting. Although I was young, this experience sparked my curiosity about art and culture beyond my own surroundings. Looking back, this moment represents an early step in developing my appreciation for creativity, history, and global perspectives.
